Beam Dynamics bolsters its leadership team

To support the company’s next phase of growth, Beam Dynamics has expanded its leadership team with two new appointments. Jonathan Rollman will lead product strategy at Beam, while Laura Whiteman joins as director of enterprise accounts.

Beam noted that the expansion of its platform across more departments and locations at major media and broadcast networks has created new opportunities to refine processes, deliver new features and strengthen collaboration with large-scale clients.

“Beam is being adopted across more users and departments within the organisations we serve, which requires us to tackle new challenges,” confirmed Beam’s CEO and co-founder, David Kaszycki. “To better support our enterprise accounts, it was important to invest in both product and account management. These hires enable us to scale efficiently, solve new problems faster and continue delivering meaningful value to every customer we serve.”

In his new position, Rollman will drive the roadmap for the manufacturer’s core platform modules, working closely with engineering, design and customer teams to prioritise development and deliver solutions that meet operational needs. His work will focus on product and market discovery, defining product direction and ensuring each release delivers measurable value for Beam’s customers.

Whiteman will oversee relationships with key clients as part of Beam’s focus on delivering lasting value at scale. She will align the brand’s solutions with customer goals while strengthening collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders. Beam noted that Whiteman’s background as a C-suite advisor brings the experience and perspective needed to deepen strategic partnerships and support continued growth.

“The pace of change in media operations keeps accelerating and our customers need partners who can evolve with them,” Kaszycki continued. “Growing our team lets us do exactly that. We can keep building tools that actually match how people work and give them better support as things evolve. We're excited to have Jonathan and Laura join Beam and can't wait to see what we accomplish together.”
