Arxiduc Audio moves ahead with DiGiCo’s Q852

Japan:

Global sound reinforcement company Arxiduc Audio recently became the first in Japan to introduce the Quantum852, marking a landmark purchase for the business. Established in Japan during 2013, Arxiduc Audio has a subsidiary in Southeast Asia, Arxiduc Asia, which also operates DiGiCo systems.

The Japanese company made its first Quantum purchase in September 2020 with the Q338 console, followed by a Q225 desk. With this most recent purchase, Arxiduc Audio has established an operational framework centred around the series, expanding its capabilities for a range of applications.

According to Arxiduc Audio CEO Hirohide Kobayashi, when selecting equipment for demanding high-end live performances, he places the utmost importance on not only performance and technology, but also on the specific challenges of each customer’s application. This philosophy was built on the company’s experience of providing flexible and stable solutions tailored to the unique requirements of every venue.

“The adoption of the DiGiCo Quantum range is a direct extension of this thinking,” explained Kobayashi. “By combining the highly reliable DiGiCo platform with scalability and intuitive operation alongside the expertise of our staff, we at Arxiduc Audio ensure consistently high-quality service.”

It was reported that the company was also an early adopter of KLANG, with engineers actively integrating the immersive in-ear monitoring system into their workflow.

In addition to purchasing the Q852, Arxiduc Audio has also implemented the Fourier Transform.Engine. The company hopes that this balance of flexible software-based operations with high-end performance will equip it to respond more rapidly to the diverse and sophisticated sound-quality demands of the market.

“The introduction of the Quantum852 marks both a milestone and a new beginning for Arxiduc Audio,” Kobayashi concluded. “By pursuing a synergy between cutting-edge technology and the human expertise required to maximise it, the company intends to deepen its relationships with engineers, production companies and partner firms worldwide. As a leading DiGiCo user, Arxiduc Audio continues to strive for further service excellence and business expansion.”
