InfoComm Asia announces Malaysia roadshow this month
InfoComm Asia is set to return to Bangkok from 15–17 July 2026, marking its sixth edition as a regional meeting point for the professional AV industry. Ahead of the show in Thailand, organisers are introducing a Malaysia-based extension event – the InfoComm Asia Pro AV Connect: Malaysia roadshow – which will take place on 15 May 2026 at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
The Kuala Lumpur affair will focus on smart workplace and education environments, with sessions covering topics such as intelligent workplace design, converged platforms and the role of AI and data in collaboration and learning. The occasion is intended as a preview of themes expected at the main exhibition, while also expanding the show’s regional footprint. Together, the two events reflect continued efforts to engage AV professionals across Southeast Asia ahead of the Bangkok gathering in July.
InfoComm Asia will take place at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and is expected to bring together manufacturers, integrators, consultants and end users from across the Asia Pacific. Positioned as a combined exhibition and conference, the show continues to focus on connecting different parts of the AV ecosystem, alongside showcasing integrated technology applications. Organisers expect more than 200 global brands to participate this year, spanning audio, visual, networking and control technologies.
Companies listed for the 2026 edition include Yamaha, Shure and Audio-Technica, alongside networking and integration providers such as Netgear and Extron. New exhibitors are also expected, including firms from India and China.
The event also serves as a regional gathering for AVIXA, which will host a series of activities including presentations, roundtables, networking sessions and its Xchange Live platform. These run alongside the main conference programme, which features industry speakers and discussions on AV and integrated technology trends.
