Vince Tan joins AISpeech to spearhead global sales

Industry veteran Vince Tan has joined AISpeech, an enterprise provider of conversational artificial intelligence and AI-powered audio technology. Serving in the newly created role of vice president, global sales, Tan will spearhead the company’s international sales organisation, forging strategic partnerships to expand its reach across key global markets.

With over 30 years of leadership experience within the pro AV industry, Tan is backed by a strong track record, including most recently serving as vice president of sales APAC – professional audio at Sennheiser, where he drove channel growth and business development across the region. Since joining Sennheiser in 1999, Tan held a range of roles spanning sales, marketing and technical departments before being elevated to the APAC position in 2019.

Throughout his career, he has cultivated deep roots across the APAC distribution network, building partnerships that he says have generated sustained revenue growth year on year. A passionate people leader, he is highly regarded for empowering teams through hands-on coaching and talent development to achieve collective success.
