TOA appoints Beijing Huanyu Zhihang for airport industry in China

TOA has appointed Beijing Huanyu Zhihang Network Operation and Maintenance as its general distributor for the airport industry in China, highlighting the brand’s emphasis on airport projects in the country. The company was formerly a provincial dealer for TOA.

In 2020, TOA shifted its business to focus on the airport market, winning several large projects, including Hohhot Shengle International Airport and Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport T2. “China plans to build more than 200 civil aviation airports in the next 10 years, making this industry crucial to TOA’s success in China,” said Furuse Yoshio, general manager of TOA (China). “Beijing Huanyu Zhihang has been a long-term partner of TOA. We share common ideas, concepts and future plans, and further deepening our cooperation on this basis will help realise our vision in the Chinese market.”

“Becoming the general distributor for a renowned international audio brand like TOA has been our goal for many years,” added Kang Shixin, general manager of Beijing Huanyu Zhihang. “Projects in the civil aviation airport industry have long cycles, and the initial inputs are very high. Becoming the industry’s exclusive distributor allows us to fully dedicate our efforts to promote TOA products in the civil aviation airport sector.”

Both parties will maintain close communication to meet the airport industry’s high demands. “TOA’s product stability has gained a very good reputation over the years. Based on this, civil aviation airports have very high standards for product innovation and functionality,” furthered Kang. “As a frontline team, we will promptly feed back all the requirements from the clients to the manufacturer’s R&D department, who will then iterate and upgrade certain functions. Both parties will leverage our respective strengths to ensure the achievement of our common goals.”
