Entech 2026 expands roadshow with new demo zones and Tech Train
Entech will return in 2026 with an expanded programme of demonstrations, seminars and interactive showcase areas as the Australian AV roadshow prepares to visit five cities across the country. Running since 1994, the travelling trade event will begin in Sydney before continuing to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth throughout May and June. Organisers say this year’s edition introduces several new attractions designed to provide attendees with more hands-on access to emerging AV and entertainment technologies.
“Running since 1994, Entech is a one-day trade event designed for integrators, AV designers and end-users who want direct access to top suppliers and manufacturers,” said Entech CEO Kate McKenzie. “The compact format keeps things sharp, so exhibitors focus on key and new products only and conversations on the floor are worth having.”
Among the additions is the new Tech Train initiative, a guided show-floor tour hosted by Keils and scheduled three times daily at each event. The sessions are designed to take attendees through selected exhibitor stands to explore new products and technologies across the exhibition floor. “The Tech Train is the fastest way to get across what’s new without missing a thing,” added McKenzie.
The exhibition will also introduce dedicated Audio Demo Zone and Tech Demo Zone areas, offering back-to-back 15-minute product demonstrations throughout the day from participating manufacturers and distributors.
Alongside the exhibition floor, the event’s seminar programme will cover a range of topics affecting the Australian AV and entertainment technology sector, including electrical compliance, venue induction processes and evolving operational requirements for integrators and live event professionals.
Following the Australian dates, the Entech roadshow will continue in New Zealand with events scheduled for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
