disguise expands senior team
disguise has announced eight new appointments to its senior team to strengthen its position and global support network. The new hires will form part of an executive team under the company’s CEO Fernando Kufer and are as follows:
Paul Hunt has been made CFO. Mr Hunt joins with international experience as a finance figure at Euromoney Institutional Investor, where he spent over 15 years leading the group strategy and digital transformation of the business, and managing the acquisition of more than 20 businesses.
Tom Rockhill has been elected chief sales officer and brings with him experience from various roles including VP sales EMEA at Foundry and as chief commercial officer at YellowDog, with a breadth of international sales experience including Japan, India, Australasia and the Middle East.
Lorna Bains will now act as chief people officer. Alongside her role at disguise, she will continue her work with Vilo Consulting to help companies achieve sustainable improvements to their performance and company engagement.
Other recruits include Ed Plowman, who is set to the join the team in March 2019 as chief technology officer. Having worked with companies including ARM – a multinational semiconductor and software company – he will also bring vast knowledge of hardware and software technology to disguise.
Roberto Scandian will join the senior team as the global head of operations, having previously worked at Motorola and start-up companies such as TomTom, Intelligent Energy and Fuel3D.
Charlotte Dawson has been named head of sales operations and will contribute extensive marketing and sales operations experience in the computer software industry.
Ethan Forde will now be the global head of support, followed by Sagar Shah who will drive the company’s international marketing strategy as its new global head of marketing.
Back in 2018, disguise announced that Bill Collis would act as chairman of the board, bringing with him considerable leadership experience within the film and video industries, with over a decade as the CEO and then president of the Foundry.
