Mike Kieffer to lead RTS, Telex Aviation and Telex Dispatch

RTS Intercom Systems, Telex Aviation and Telex Dispatch have announced that Mike Kieffer has been named to lead the three brands as an important next chapter of innovation and customer focus. With more than 25 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, quality and global project leadership, Kieffer currently serves as director of project management at Keenfinity Group, where he has worked across trusted brands including RTS and Telex.

Throughout his career, Kieffer has focused on building high-performing teams, leading complex transformations and deploying lean, customer-centric strategies. He holds a background in physics and is known internally for his commitment to people development, structured problem-solving and thoughtful leadership.
