VIVID Studios joins Stage Precision service partner programme

Middle East:

Stage Precision has appointed Dubai-based VIVID Studios as an authorised service partner within its global Service Partner Program, strengthening support for SP Grid deployments across immersive AV and experience-led projects. The move will see VIVID Studios incorporating Stage Precision’s SP Grid platform into its wider ecosystem of creative technology and automation tools, supporting projects spanning immersive environments, AI-driven experiences and virtual production workflows.

Launched in 2023, the programme was created to establish a network of technical partners capable of delivering the manufacturers solutions across live events, virtual production and integrated AV environments. According to the company, partners are required to demonstrate experience integrating SP Grid into real-world workflows before joining.

“Stage Precision has become an important part of how we think about control, automation and intelligent environments at VIVID,” commented Moe Tarakomyi, co-founder and chief creative officer at VIVID Studios. “We started using it inside our own virtual production studio, VO1D, where we needed a flexible way to connect media servers, lighting, tracking, camera and creative workflows.”

One of the partnership’s largest projects to date is Woohoo, an immersive restaurant concept in Dubai where SP Grid acts as the central control layer connecting media servers, lighting, audio and AI-driven content systems. The platform has also been integrated into VIVID’s OMNIA interactive exhibition project in Oman, where Python scripting was used to link AI-generated content with show-control workflows.

Having completed SP Core Skills Training, the VIVID team is well positioned to integrate Stage Precision software across complex, experience-led environments. “It has become part of our internal language for building immersive spaces,” Tarakomyi admitted.

“We’re thrilled to welcome VIVID Studios as an official service partner,” added Sarah Cox, CCO at Stage Precision. “The team has already proved how SP Grid can be applied across complex creative technology projects, from virtual production through to AI-driven environments.”
