Q-SYS expands collaboration portfolio

QSC has unveiled the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar and Q-SYS Scheduling Panel, as well as announcing that Q-SYS now integrates into Microsoft Places as a data integration partner.

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is a Windows-based device for Microsoft Teams Rooms, designed for simple configuration and deployment across common, repeatable collaboration spaces. This all-in-one solution, currently in the process of achieving Microsoft Teams certification, features four high-resolution 50MP cameras, a 16-element microphone array and integrated loudspeakers for fully integrated audio and video. It ships with a dedicated 10.9-inch touchscreen for meeting and device control out of the box. It supports up to four Q-SYS RoomSuite Table Microphone accessories, expanding audio coverage for larger or more flexible meeting environments and enabling participants to mute the call with a single button.

Built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, the Q-SYS Scheduling panel (QSP-11) is certified for Teams and designed to make room scheduling and booking simple and intuitive. It integrates with any Q-SYS system through Q-SYS Reflect and can be easily installed on conference room exteriors, walls or glass surfaces.

The Microsoft Places Data Integration partnership will accelerate integration between Q-SYS cloud-enabled solutions and Microsoft Places, with Q-SYS Reflect acting as connective highway for data-rich insights from both native Q-SYS devices and verified assets from the Q-SYS Partner Ecosystem into the Microsoft Places environment, supporting insights into booking, space planning and workplace optimisation.
