Elysium LED expands leadership team
Elysium LED has strengthened its leadership team with four key appointments. The company said that the move aligns with its growth strategy and upcoming product launches ahead of InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, USA.
Joining founder and president Kirt Yanke are Angela Coster, Mark Miller, Kit Shugrue and Scott Oranen, bringing experience across branding, marketing, sales, business development and dvLED technology.
“I’m proud of the team we have created,” said Yanke. “Elysium LED was born out of a need for something different in the market. Customers want more from LED technology – not just performance, but creative flexibility and flawless execution. We’re entering an exciting growth stage with new products launching soon and showing exclusively at InfoComm.”
Coster has been appointed brand manager and has been involved in developing the company’s visual identity, messaging and creative positioning. She joins from a creative advertising background spanning more than 25 years. “It’s been a rare opportunity to be involved right from the ground floor,” said Coster. “We’re building something from a blank page and that kind of freedom is energizing.”
As marketing manager, Miller reunites with Yanke following their time at NEC Display Solutions. He will oversee product marketing strategy, specification development, collateral creation and product communications.
“What Elysium brings to the table is the personality and people behind the brand,” commented Miller. “We’re highly consultative, technically experienced and focused on tailoring solutions around customer needs.”
Shugrue joins as sales and business development manager, bringing experience across AV, digital signage, retail media, broadcast and integrated technology sectors. In his new role, he will focus on new business opportunities and support customers throughout the lifecycle of LED installations. “The ability to design and create truly bespoke LED experiences opens people’s eyes to what’s possible,” he said.
Also joining as sales and business development manager is Oranen, who brings more than 30 years of experience across transportation, corporate, retail and commercial markets. At Elysium, Oranen will focus on growth across the South-Central United States and strengthening channel relationships. “I’ve always worked within large organisations, so joining a nimble company with fresh energy and ambition is incredibly exciting,” said Oranen.
