ChamSys appoints Showtools International

Australia:

ChamSys has announced Showtools International as its official distributor for the Australian market. The lighting manufacturer believes that the appointment will enable it to better serve its growing Australian customer base, while creating a convenient connection with Chauvet, which has been distributed by Showtools International for 13 years.

As the authorised Australian distributor for both Chauvet Professional and ChamSys, Showtools will now be able to provide customers with an integrated pathway to access lighting fixtures and lighting control solutions through a single distribution partner.

“We are thrilled to be able to build on our longstanding partnership with Showtools by integrating ChamSys as part of their product offering together with Chauvet Professional,” said Stephane Gressier, Chauvet’s international sales director. “The ChamSys addition to Showtools’ portfolio will continue to leverage our family of brands by strengthening our integrated solutions via one partner for the professional lighting market.”

Showtools International boasts offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, enabling it to provide local support across the region. This includes product education and training opportunities, as well as personal product demonstrations and viewings by appointment through the Showtools team, subject to product and demonstration equipment availability.

“ChamSys is a strong addition to the Showtools portfolio and a natural extension of our existing relationship with Chauvet,” commented Robert Runko, director of Showtools International. “For Australian customers, this means clearer local access to ChamSys products, support and product conversations through the Showtools team. We're looking forward to supporting lighting designers, rental houses, venues and integrators as we continue building the impressive ChamSys brand locally.”
