Sennheiser expands DeviceHub capabilities

Sennheiser is continuing the evolution of its DeviceHub cloud-based management platform, adding support for more TeamConnect products, including the recently introduced TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus (TCC M Plus), and outlining plans to extend compatibility across a broader range of devices.

Designed to provide centralised monitoring and management of devices across multiple rooms, buildings and locations, DeviceHub supports cloud-based administration of compatible Sennheiser solutions through a single interface.

Since its launch earlier this year, DeviceHub has received a series of updates, including the addition of bulk firmware management tools designed to simplify maintenance for organisations operating large numbers of devices. The platform will continue to evolve through ongoing feature releases and regular updates.

The manufacturer has also provided further details of DeviceBridge, a local application currently in development that is intended to bring existing Sennheiser devices into DeviceHub environments. Installed on a local server, DeviceBridge is designed to expand compatibility for products that were not originally developed for DeviceHub while also simplifying cloud connectivity management.

Initial DeviceBridge support is planned for TeamConnect Ceiling 2 and TCC M, with future compatibility expected to extend to additional products including SpeechLine Digital Wireless and EW-DX.
