ETC expands control options
Wireless fixture connectivity and distributed power control are addressed in two new additions to ETC’s portfolio, with support for both entertainment and architectural lighting applications.
For automated lighting users, selected High End Systems fixtures can now be fitted with City Theatrical’s Multiverse Connect Module, bringing wireless DMX and RDM connectivity to Lonestar Prime, MegaPix and GigaPix fixtures. The compact module connects through the fixtures’ Universal Connect Module interface and enables wireless operation via the 2.4GHz Multiverse platform. RDM configuration can be handled directly through the fixture interface, while the IP64-rated module and mounting kit maintain suitability for outdoor use.
Also new is the Foundry DIN Relay 12, a standalone DIN-rail switching solution designed for work lights, house lighting, architectural loads and LED installations. The unit provides 12 independently switched channels with integrated DMX control and NFC-based configuration, allowing settings to be adjusted without applied power. Local override switches are included for commissioning and maintenance tasks.
Built around standard DIN-rail architecture, the relay module can be integrated into off-the-shelf enclosures or custom control cabinets. It uses the same relay engine found in ETC’s Foundry Switch Panel range and is intended for lighting and wider facility control applications requiring remote power switching.
