RDL broadens connectivity portfolio
Professional Bluetooth audio, Dante network interfaces and network-based volume control are among the latest additions to the RDL portfolio. The company has introduced its RU-BTLA Bluetooth Line-Level Audio & Format-A Interface alongside four Rack-Up Dante interfaces.
Now in production and available to order, the RU-BTLA supports both Bluetooth LE Audio and Bluetooth Classic, offering wireless audio transmission at distances of up to 100m under ideal conditions. Designed for commercial AV installations, the interface provides balanced XLR, unbalanced RCA and Format-A outputs, while supporting stereo or mono operation, remote pairing and configurable pairing settings.
RDL has also expanded its Dante portfolio with four new Rack-Up interfaces. The RU-RN44 and RU-RN22 provide bidirectional mic/line-to-Dante connectivity in 4x4 and 2x2 configurations respectively, while the RU-RN40 converts four mic/line inputs to Dante channels and the RU-RN04 converts Dante channels to analogue outputs. Across the range, features include software-selectable gain, phantom power, filtering, compression and attenuation, alongside mixer and distribution functionality.
