KLOTZ gets flexible

The RC5HH High Flex from KLOTZ AIS is a durable Cat5e network cable designed specifically for mobile applications. The reelable cable comes with an H-Series RJ45 connector, while its stainless-steel housing provides protection against mechanical stress. When used with the supplied silicone rubber protective caps – or when mated with compatible connectors – the system achieves an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for dusty, damp and demanding outdoor environments. The H-Series RJ45 connector is fully compatible with standard RJ45 chassis connectors, allowing seamless integration into existing network and audio infrastructures.

The cable features a durable PUR outer jacket and an S/UTP design with AWG26 stranded conductors. This construction is said to provide flexibility and resilience, even with frequent winding and unwinding. A transparent heat-shrink sleeve also enables individual labelling for quick and easy identification during daily operation.
