Designed as a bridge between USB-equipped devices and IP networks, the Symetrix C20 Smart Processor processor combines DSP, audio transport and control within a single platform for meeting spaces, classrooms and other AV installations. The device supports 64 Dante transmit and 64 Dante receive channels alongside eight channels of acoustic echo cancellation, 32 playback channels and eight recording channels, with processing at up to 96kHz.

An 8x8 USB-C audio bridge with HID synchronisation enables straightforward integration with conferencing and computing devices, while media playback and recording are supported via a USB-A port.

Designed around Symetrix’s Cognio platform, the processor incorporates an integrated web server that enables system control from personal devices, while compatibility with TC Series touchscreens, WC Series remotes and third-party control systems extends deployment flexibility. Support is also provided for JSON-RPC, Lua scripting and an extensive driver library for external device integration.

Additionally, the processor features dual 1Gb Ethernet ports, supports multiple independent Signal Flow Spaces on a single system and can be mounted on a surface, under a table or in an equipment rack. Typical applications include conference rooms, educational facilities and government installations requiring audio routing, acoustic echo cancellation, playback, recording and device control from a single processor.
