USSI Global promotes Abed Zein to VP of revenue operations

USSI Global has promoted Abed Zein to vice president of revenue operations, expanding his responsibilities to include initiatives focused on billing accuracy, operational efficiency, contract execution and customer experience.

Zein joined USSI Global in 1995 and most recently served as senior director of operations for digital signage solutions. During his 30-year career with the company, he has led customer programmes spanning satellite communications, digital signage deployments and managed services.

In his new role, Zein will oversee a team responsible for billing accuracy, contract compliance, process automation and operational consistency across multiple business units. According to the company, the centralised approach is intended to improve quality assurance by ensuring projects are invoiced in line with individual customer contracts while increasing efficiency for project management teams.

“Abed has built an exceptional career by combining deep technical knowledge with outstanding operational discipline and an unwavering commitment to our customers,” said Dan Roberts, chief financial officer at USSI Global. “He understands our business from every angle because he has helped build it over the past 30 years. His ability to develop scalable processes that improve accuracy, protect revenue and enhance the customer experience makes him the ideal leader to guide this important strategic function as USSI Global continues to grow.”

Zein said his focus would be on strengthening operational processes to support project teams while ensuring customers receive accurate and transparent billing.

“Our customers trust us to deliver exactly what we've promised, and that same level of precision should extend to every aspect of the engagement,” he said. “By strengthening those processes, we also position USSI Global for continued growth while maintaining the high level of service our customers expect.”
