Lightware integrates SpectralBot for AV troubleshooting

Lightware has integrated its signal management and AV-over-IP platforms with SpectralBot, combining device telemetry with augmented reality (AR) and AI-assisted diagnostics to help system integrators identify and resolve faults.

The integration connects SpectralBot’s AV service and support platform with live operational data from Lightware devices. Using Lightware’s signal management, diagnostic telemetry and open API capabilities, the platform provides technicians with device status, port information and signal-path controls within a visual interface. The aim is to accelerate diagnosis of issues including signal loss, incorrect routing and device faults, particularly across distributed AV-over-IP environments.

Lightware’s Taurus family are supported. Taurus TPN extends USB-C collaboration workflows into 10G SDVoE networks, providing HDMI 2.0 4K/60 4:4:4 matrix switching over 10G Ethernet alongside an independent USB 2.0 matrix switching layer. Gemini GVN provides IP-based matrix switching over 1G Ethernet.

SpectralBot analyses AV data and device statuses to guide technicians through fault isolation, identifying where an issue has occurred and providing information to support its resolution. The platform uses AR-guided workflows to present device-level information in context.
