New Zealand:

UK microphone manufacturer Sontronics has appointed JS Audio Solutions as its distribution partner in New Zealand, expanding local access to its microphone range for musicians, producers and studios across applications including music production, broadcasting and live audio.

Led by CEO Juan Soothill, JS Audio Solutions provides audio expertise, technical support and knowledge of the New Zealand market. The partnership will see the company distribute Sontronics microphones locally, with both businesses highlighting a shared focus on professional audio and customer support.

“From our first conversations, it was clear that both companies share a passion for innovation, quality and building lasting relationships with customers,” said Soothill. “Sontronics has developed an outstanding reputation for creating microphones that deliver exceptional results across a wide range of applications and we look forward to introducing the brand to even more musicians, studios and artists throughout New Zealand.”

Chris Cook, head of sales at Sontronics, added: “Juan has demonstrated a genuine understanding and interest in our products, our customers and our long-term vision for growth in the region. This partnership is an important step in bringing the sound of Sontronics closer to customers across New Zealand, ensuring they have access not only to our microphone range, but also to the expertise and support from Juan and his team.
