SSL takes System T on tour

Solid State Logic has expanded its live production platform with the introduction of the System T TCA Tour, a compact fly-away audio production system designed for rapid deployment across touring, broadcast and live applications.

Built entirely from System T components, TCA Tour combines a 16-fader desktop-format control frame with integrated I/O in a portable, pre-wired package. The system features eight mic/line inputs, four line outputs, headphone monitoring and a built-in network switch, alongside an adjustable mount for a touchscreen and PC running SSL’s Tempest Control App.

Available with DFT and DFT+ fader tile options, the latter adds per-fader OLED displays and individual fader metering. Ruggedised etherCON and opticalCON connections provide links to external Tempest Engines and I/O racks.

SSL has also added new workflow capabilities to its SSL Live platform, including SolidPitch, an onboard vocal tuning and creative processing tool offering pitch correction, vocal effects, doubling and harmonisation. The platform now also provides integrated control of KLANG immersive processors, enabling monitor engineers to create and manage immersive mixes directly from SSL Live consoles.
