Harrison brings analogue DNA to Flex-10

Harrison Audio is bringing its signature analogue character to a compact desktop format with the Flex-10, a 10-in/12-out USB/ADAT audio interface aimed at producers and artists working in studio and mobile environments.

At its core are two Harrison mic preamps with H-Drive transformer saturation, alongside classic high-pass and low-pass filters derived from the company’s 32 Series consoles. Two front-panel Hi-Z inputs provide quick connections for guitars, basses, synths and other instruments, while balanced inserts allow external processors and effects to be integrated.

The Flex-10 uses 32-bit/192kHz converters and provides eight channels of ADAT I/O for system expansion. It also features dual monitor outputs, two headphone outputs and MIDI I/O via 3.5mm TRS connections. Two VU meters complete the desktop interface, providing visual feedback during recording and playback.

The interface can be paired with the brand’s D510r 500 Series rack and D510UA ADAT interface to create a 10-in/12-out hybrid production system. Flex-10 also comes bundled with the Harrison Creator Pack, featuring instruments, plug-ins, loops and samples from a range of third-party developers, as well as a full licence for Harrison Mixbus 12 DAW.
