Forté acquires Vega Global

Headquartered in Minneapolis, and founded in 1974, Forté has announced its acquisition of APAC systems integrator Vega Global. The workplace communication and collaboration solutions provider now adds to its international presence, including established office locations in Hong Kong, mainland China, India, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam, Australia, Philippines, Malaysia, Macau, New Zealand, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates. Serving corporate, education, government and other AV segments, Forté also has operations in the US, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Mexico.

With its new presence in Asia, Forté now serves customers in more than 70 cities and 22 countries worldwide, making it the largest global footprint in the industry. “Multinational organisations need strategic partners who can deliver consistent communication and collaboration experiences wherever their people work and do business,” commented Forté chairman and CEO, Jeff Stoebner. “With Vega Global now part of Forté, we provide customers with the scale, speed and local expertise they require to enhance productivity across the globe.”
