Epson has unveiled the portable EB-L270F Full HD standard-throw laser projector for classrooms, meeting rooms and signage environments. It delivers 5,200 lumens of brightness with Epson 3LCD technology, while its 4.2kg body supports portability across multiple rooms, making it suitable for schools and businesses that require a bright, large-screen display in different spaces. Epson’s laser technology delivers up to 20,000 hours of maintenance‑free operation in normal mode or up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode. With a contrast ratio of over 5,000,000:1 and automatic gamma level adjustment, this projector aims to ensure text, graphics and video remain visible. Supporting image sizes of up to 310 inches in 16:9 aspect ratio, the projector also supports 16:6 and 21:9 wide-screen projection which is commonly used for video conferencing in hybrid workspaces. Complementing its display capability, the EB-L270F also features a 16W speaker. The projector includes built-in wired network connectivity via an integrated RJ45 port helping ensure fast, stable network performance for installations that prefer or require a wired connection.

The EB-XQ2030B with the ELPLU06H lens is a small and lightweight 30,000-lumen 4K 3LCD laser projector weighing approximately 34.4kg and reportedly offering roughly half the size and volume of standard high-lumen projectors in its class. It has been designed for large-scale venues, rental staging and immersive environments where high brightness, image performance and a compact form factor are all essential. By combining Epson 4K Crystal Motion with 3LCD laser technology, the EB-XQ2030B is said to deliver image clarity and strong contrast, helping content look “sharp and compelling” even on very large screens. Its compact footprint also simplifies transport, handling and setup. The model comes with Epson’s patented Advanced Cooling Engine, while Intel SDM-ready connectivity helps streamline system integration. The shared lens platform across Epson’s product range also protects existing lens investments and makes deployment more efficient for both partners and end users.

The EB-870Ei is an interactive ultra-short-throw laser projector designed for education and collaborative environments. It combines large, bright images, 4K Enhancement technology and interactive functionality. With its ultra-short-throw design, the EB-870Ei can maximise usable wall space while reducing shadows and glare, creating a more comfortable and effective viewing experience for teachers, students and teams. Built-in wireless connectivity and Apple AirPlay support make content sharing straightforward, while its interactive capabilities help turn a passive display into active collaboration.
