AVIXA brings InfoComm EDGE Collective to Dubai

UAE:

AVIXA is introducing a new executive forum to the GCC this November, with InfoComm EDGE Collective bringing senior end-users, consultants and technology integrators together in Dubai to examine how pro AV can contribute to business and regional growth.

Taking place on 3 November at Address Sky View, the invitation-only event will bring together strategic influencers, senior end users, consultants and technology integrators to look at how professional AV can deliver measurable outcomes across connected environments. For the first time, the event will be co-located with Pro AVL Connect, the regional networking event hosted by Pro AVL MEA, which will be taking place on the 54th floor of Address Sky View.

“InfoComm EDGE Collective will be a unique opportunity to convene the leaders responsible for shaping the future of connected environments in the GCC,” said David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, CEO of AVIXA. “By fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas, the event will explore how pro AV can drive productivity, engagement and regional growth while contributing to our vision for InfoComm EDGE 2027.”

The programme will consider pro AV as a strategic asset, with topics including human enablement, productivity, performance under pressure and investor confidence. The format has also been developed with end-users and decision makers through an in-region End User Council, with AVIXA’s design and integration members submitting potential activations.

“True to the spirit of the InfoComm EDGE event we announced earlier this year, InfoComm EDGE Collective will be the first event in AVIXA’s long history to have been co-created with the end-user and decision maker community,” furthered Labuskes. “We have established an in-region End User Council which has assessed activation submissions from AVIXA’s design and integration company members using a number of carefully considered evaluation criteria. The result will be a single activation where attendees can interact with complete solutions across a range of connected environments – not just test individual product performance.”

Three environments will form the centrepiece of the event: Command and Control, looking at situational awareness and decision-making; Operational Collaboration, focused on communication across distributed organisations; and Engagement and Learning, exploring immersive communication and participation.

An executive lunch, keynotes, case studies and Chatham House Rules roundtables will also feature. InfoComm EDGE 2027 will follow on 27-28 October at Festival Arena, Dubai.
