dBTechnologies expands APAC team with Wilson Tan

APAC:

Expanding its regional technical team to provide additional application support, training and education for distributors, partners and audio professionals, dBTechnologies has appointed Wilson Tan as APAC application engineer. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Tan brings a background in professional audio installation, systems design and integration. His new role covers all APAC countries in which the manufacturer operates and will include training, demonstrations and other educational activities.

Already highly familiar with the dBTechnologies product portfolio, Tan will also develop his experience in touring and live applications, with a particular focus on the VIO Series. “With the resources and knowledge I have gained, I feel ready to step into the market and make myself fully available to our partners, customers and users across APAC,” said Tan.

The new appointment gives dBTechnologies a second application engineer dedicated solely to the APAC market and brings its regional team to five people, following an expansion of its support resources over the past two years.

“When two years ago we promised our distributors and end-users that we would have implemented a solid team that would have supported them regularly, it wasn’t just a catchphrase,” commented Manuele Poli, head of sales APAC at dBTechnologies. “We now have five people dedicated to the APAC region and that’s just the beginning.”
