LG partners with Audio Technology for Egypt expansion
LG has partnered with Egyptian systems integrator and distributor Audio Technology as it looks to expand its professional display presence across the country’s growing digital infrastructure market.
Through the appointment, Audio Technology will serve as an authorised distributor and professional systems integration partner for the brand in Egypt, with the company handling projects from engineering and planning through to supply, installation and after-sales support. The partnership covers LG’s commercial and professional display portfolio, including professional monitors, videowalls and digital signage systems for enterprise applications.
According to the Egyptian company, the collaboration will initially target major projects across the region, including mega-projects, Grade-A commercial office developments, retail hubs, hospitality venues, corporate headquarters and smart-building projects.
The partnership was formally launched during a visit by the LG MEA team to Audio Technology in Cairo. Attendees included LG’s Rich Oh, MEA region director of solution business; Rami Kim, MEA region head of ID business; Hany Farouk, team leader; Sherif Shabana, B2B signage-LED screens BDM part leader; and Amira Girgis, product manager.
The partnership combines LG’s display technology with Audio Technology’s local engineering and systems integration capabilities, with the companies aiming to address demand for large-scale visual technology deployments in Egypt.
