Goshen Swara drives Q-SYS expansion across Jakarta
Q-SYS is expanding its presence in Indonesia through a new network of four experience centres across Jakarta, established by its official Indonesian distributor Goshen Swara Indonesia. The initiative gives customers and industry professionals access to hands-on demonstrations of the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform across a range of corporate, collaboration and entertainment applications.
Goshen Swara Indonesia has represented the brand in Indonesia since 2025, and the four facilities – located in north, central, south and East Jakarta – form part of the distributor’s strategy to build market awareness and provide practical education around software-based AV.
The North Jakarta centre, located at the distributor’s headquarters, focuses on smart meeting environments. Its demonstration system combines Q-SYS Core processing with networked audio and video distribution, room control, environmental sensors, automated room functions, BYOD collaboration and Automated Camera Preset Recall (ACPR).
The system demonstrates automated responses to room occupancy, including lighting, curtains and displays, while a USB-C connection enables BYOD conferencing. ACPR allows cameras to track speakers across predefined zones.
In Central Jakarta, the V2 Indonesia Experience Center provides demonstrations of Q-SYS audio, video and control capabilities. Visitors can compare different loudspeaker configurations via a Q-SYS Touch Screen Controller, while customised User Control Interfaces (UCIs) demonstrate source switching and display management.
Hosted by Suara Visual Indonesia, the South Jakarta facility is divided between corporate collaboration and entertainment applications. Its meeting zone showcases BYOD, integrated audio and video, room control and conferencing, while an entertainment zone demonstrates DMX lighting control, audio management and automated show workflows.
Meanwhile, the T-ECO Hub (Technet Vision Experience Center) in East Jakarta concentrates on corporate meeting environments, with Q-SYS Core processing, networked loudspeakers and intelligent room control forming the basis of its demonstrations.
All four centres are equipped with Shure MXA920 ceiling array microphones, providing a consistent conferencing platform and demonstrating integration between Q-SYS and Shure technologies.
For Goshen Swara Indonesia, the initiative extends beyond product demonstration, providing consultants, integrators, end-users and technology decision makers with locations to assess potential applications before deployment.
The four-centre strategy also gives Q-SYS a broader physical presence across Jakarta, supporting the distributor’s efforts to develop knowledge of integrated AV and demonstrate applications ranging from workplace collaboration to hospitality and entertainment.
