DAS Audio covers Strangr venue in Delhi
DAS Audio has been installed at Strangr, a hospitality venue in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, with a sound system designed to support dining, conversation and music-led evenings across its two floors.
The installation combines Artec Series loudspeakers for the main sound system, a Vantec Series subwoofer for low-frequency reinforcement and Action Series speakers providing fill coverage on the upper floor. The system was designed and integrated by Dipankar Grover of Sound Redefined, with equipment supplied by StageMix Technologies.
The Artec Series tops provide the primary audio coverage, while the Vantec subwoofer adds low-frequency extension. Action 508 speakers are installed on the mezzanine floor to extend coverage beyond the main area.
The Artec 510 speakers are positioned horizontally, making use of their 110° dispersion to cover the main area and supplement sound coverage towards the mezzanine. The arrangement is intended to maintain consistent audio across the venue while accommodating its interior design. The system supports Strangr’s range of operating requirements, from background music during dining to more prominent music playback during evening events.
