grandMA3 takes the limelight

MA Lighting has released grandMA3 software version 2.5, introducing workflow changes, stability updates and refinements to existing functionality, alongside fixes for issues reported by users. Among the new features is a Masters Window, which provides an overview of all master statuses, including Group Masters and Speed Masters, regardless of where they are assigned within the showfile. A new Locate function also enables users to find objects, including groups, sequences and pool elements, across showfiles without navigating through multiple pages or Executors.

Building on the Phaser Recipes introduced in version 2.4, the latest release includes workflow additions and fixes for dynamic show programming. Version 2.5 also introduces a Channel Map within the Patch menu, enabling users to navigate fixture modes and types, and identify and select the required fixture profile. The update also includes changes to core functionality relating to system stability and operation.

Alongside grandMA3 software version 2.5, the manufacturer has also released grandMA2 software version 3.9.63.10, which includes MA VPU, grandMA2 3D and MA Network Switch software.
