Rentman launches Organize

Operations management platform Rentman has launched Organize, a project management product that connects pre- and postproduction work to inventory, crew and finance. Pre- and postproduction work, from stage design and client approvals to post-event wrap-up, is often scattered across spreadsheets, emails and project management tools. This makes it hard to track the resources that go into production work or understand what it actually costs the business. As a result, teams might only see where a project lost money once the production is complete, while also lacking the data to price future projects more accurately.

By launching Organize, Rentman is hoping to close that gap by bringing every pre- and postproduction task into the same platform that already handles a company’s inventory, crew and finance. Teams can plan every task, track time spent against budget, and quote and invoice based on real project data rather than estimates. As costs rise and budgets tighten, Organize has been created to give production companies one connected view from first concept to final invoice, helping them stay in control and keep projects profitable.
