The event formed part of the brand’s 2026 customer programme, which ran from 24–26 September and included a guided tour of the Dachau facility, technical presentations and discussions with engineering and product management teams. The workshop also provided attendees with information on upcoming product developments and the company’s technical roadmap.

A key focus was the TRUE1 DATA Connector Series which has been designed for ultimate outdoor performance and is scheduled for official launch on 5 November 2026. Attendees were given technical information on the connector range including etherCON TRUE1 (RJ45), opticalCON TRUE1 (Fiber Optics) and mediaCON TRUE1 (USB-C) alongside other developments in the manufacturer’s product pipeline, with product managers from Neutrik’s headquarters in Liechtenstein presenting prototypes.

“It was a great event, with top technicians from across the EMEA region and India attending,” said Christoph Hellmuth, regional sales manager MEA and India at Neutrik EMEA. “Product managers from our HQ in Liechtenstein presented the latest innovations, giving attendees the opportunity to touch and feel prototypes of upcoming connector systems. The overall feedback from the participants was very positive, so this is definitely not the last time we’ll do events like this at Neutrik EMEA in Dachau.”

Biren Sheth, CEO of Rishabh Incorporated, Neutrik’s local partner in India, flew in for the workshop. “The technical knowledge imparted by Neutrik during the event was very good. They shared information on upcoming products, including different types of connectors, and the make and feel was very good. Overall, great technical insights were provided by the Neutrik team.”

The event concluded with a trip to Oktoberfest

Charbel Zoghbi from Neutrik’s UAE partner, Procom, was also in attendance. “It was a great introduction to the products, with very important details that we need to know so that we can translate the same into our market later on. We’re looking forward to seeing these products being released in November.”

Also in attendance was Robert Izzett from DWR Distribution in South Africa, as well as representatives from across Europe. The wider programme also included a visit to Oktoberfest in Munich.
