Neumann launches global Hear the Moment campaign

Neumann has launched its first global brand campaign, bringing its microphone, monitoring and software portfolio under a single communications platform focused on the role of reference audio quality throughout the production process.

Titled Hear the Moment, the campaign centres on the creative process and the points at which ideas develop into finished productions. A cinematic brand film follows that journey, with its visual worlds created in collaboration with artists, creatives and professional production teams.

The brand noted that generative AI was deliberately excluded from the production, with the company instead placing human creativity and the creative process at the centre of the campaign.

“Great music begins with a moment. A thought, a feeling or a performance that moves people,” commented Yasmine Riechers, CEO of Neumann. “For decades, Neumann has stood for capturing those moments with authenticity and making them heard. Today, we support professionals across the entire production process and provide the foundation that enables creative visions to be realised with the highest level of precision.”

The campaign positions reference quality as a common thread across Neumann’s portfolio, which spans microphones, audio interfaces, studio monitors, headphones and software solutions.

“At the centre of the campaign are the people behind creative work, their ideas and their commitment,” added Kana Shiraishi, director of marketing at Neumann. “We see reference quality as the foundation for creative decisions at every stage of the production process. With Hear the Moment, we celebrate the moments in which imagination becomes sound.”

The campaign initially launches across Germany, the UK and the US through digital, social media, trade media, online advertising and selected out-of-home placements. Activation across APAC markets is scheduled to follow during 2027.
