Creative Technology names Tom See as incoming president
Creative Technology Group is preparing for a leadership transition as founder and CEO Graham Andrews steps away from day-to-day management at the end of 2026, with Tom See set to take over as president of the global live events business.
See joined Creative Technology on 14 September and will assume leadership of the business on 1 January 2027, as the company marks its 40th anniversary. He joins from Live Nation International Venues, where he most recently served as chief strategy officer. His previous roles included president of Live Nation Venues and president of Live Nation Amphitheaters.
“I have tremendous respect for Graham and the legacy he’s built at Creative Technology,” See remarked. “What he and the team have created is incredibly special – a company with world-class capabilities, deep client relationships and a culture built around delivering at the highest level. I’m grateful for the opportunity to build on that foundation and excited about what we can accomplish together in the next chapter of CT’s growth.”
Andrews will join NEP Group’s board as a non-executive director from 1 January 2027, maintaining a connection with the business he founded four decades ago. “When I founded Creative Technology 40 years ago, I wasn’t sure where it would take me – but I always knew that, if we were successful, it would be important to develop leaders who, at the right moment, could take our company to the next level,” he said. “This is that moment, for me personally and for CT.
“I’ve been honoured to serve the organisation and our people. I’m grateful to our CT employees who have demonstrated their commitment, resilience and loyalty since the day we started. It’s who we are as a company – and I’m confident they will continue to flourish and develop under Tom’s leadership.”
NEP Group CEO Martin Stewart said Andrews had demonstrated “keen insight into what customers want” and welcomed his continued involvement at board level.
