Claypaky has its B-EYE on RGBL
Claypaky has expanded its B-EYE multilens moving-head range with three IP66-rated fixtures, introducing a shared RGBL colour engine across the B-EYE K30, B-EYE 12 and B-EYE 7.
The platform combines red, green, blue and lime LED sources, with the company citing an extended colour gamut, richer pastels and improved white calibration. All three fixtures have a CRI above 82, with colour matching designed to remain consistent across the range.
Individually controllable RGBL sources provide pixel mapping for colour chases, split-beam effects and video-style content, while multilayer effects are available across the family. The fixtures also feature fast zoom, with the B-EYE 7 and B-EYE 12 adding unlimited pan and tilt movement.
At the top of the range, the B-EYE K30 features 37 RGBL LEDs and an output of up to 28,000 lumens, combining wash, beam and kaleidoscopic effects. The B-EYE 12 uses 12 RGBL LEDs to produce up to 15,200 lumens, while the compact B-EYE 7 features seven LEDs and up to 7,700 lumens.
All three models are IP66-rated, with anti condensation optics and Sun Safe Protection for outdoor touring, festivals and permanent installations. They are also app-ready, allowing the range to be deployed as a consistent lighting platform across different applications.
