ProSistem unveils 600m² experience centre in Istanbul
Turkish distributor ProSistem Group has opened a 600m² experience centre in Istanbul, providing a dedicated space for product demonstrations, technical training and collaboration with dealers, partners and customers.
Located on the ground floor of the company’s premises, the new facility is part of ProSistem’s broader investment in its infrastructure, alongside a 550m² office and a 2,000m² warehouse in Istanbul. It replaces the distributor’s previous experience centre and is intended to provide access to ProSistem’s product portfolio in a working environment, allowing visitors to examine equipment, review technical specifications and experience systems in practical scenarios.
The centre incorporates demonstration areas alongside facilities for product and technical training, certification programmes and hands-on workshops. According to ProSistem, the space will serve as a hub for product demonstration, technical guidance and professional collaboration.
The opening forms part of a wider development of ProSistem Group, which was restructured under the ownership of Yurder Ertekin in 2024. The group now comprises ProSistem Distribution, ProSistem Project, Concept Audio and YRD Technologies, covering professional audio, professional lighting, Hi-Fi and high-end audio, electronic equipment and corporate AV solutions.
As of this year, ProSistem currently represents a portfolio of 25 global brands and operates a dealer network of more than 150 companies. Its distribution operation is supported by a central technical service and authorised service centres across 44 Turkish provinces.
The Istanbul experience centre also supports the group’s focus on technical training and dealer engagement. ProSistem stated that professional training is provided throughout the year, with its wider business model centred on technical service, after-sales support and solution-focused sales.
The company’s 2026 strategy also identifies stronger project and installation support and increased B2B activity as areas of focus, with the experience centre providing a physical base for demonstrations and training as the distributor develops its dealer and project network.
