Kramer transforms SailPoint’s Pune spaces
SailPoint Technologies has deployed an integrated Kramer AV system at its Pune office in India, enabling two neighbouring meeting rooms to operate independently or combine into a larger collaboration space for presentations, training and town hall events.
Designed and delivered with SRSG Broadcast India, the system combines professional audio, 4K video distribution, wireless collaboration, USB connectivity and centralised room control over a dedicated AV network. Users can select the required room configuration without manually reconfiguring the underlying technology.
At the centre of the video system is a VS-66H2 matrix switcher, while SWT3-22-HU-WP-T wall plates provide USB-C and HDMI connectivity. Kramer VIA Connect3 supports wireless presentation and collaboration, with EXT3-TR and TP-583R HDBaseT solutions providing 4K60 video and control signal distribution over structured cabling.
Audio processing is handled by dual DSP-62-AEC digital signal processors, providing acoustic echo cancellation, automatic microphone mixing and noise suppression across both room configurations. Audio is amplified through a PA-240Z and distributed through ceiling loudspeakers.
The system also uses a SWT3-41-U to share cameras, microphones and other USB peripherals between the rooms, supporting BYOD workflows across Microsoft Teams and Zoom without requiring equipment to be manually reconnected when the spaces are combined or separated.
Control is managed by the KC-Virtual Brain1, which coordinates video routing, audio processing, USB management and room-combine functionality. RC-308 wall controllers provide one-touch operation, while an Apple iPad interface offers additional controls. Users can select Room 1, Room 2 or Combined mode, with the system handling the required AV functions.
“This project demonstrates how intelligent system design and the Kramer ecosystem can transform modern meeting environments into flexible, high-performance collaboration spaces,” commented Ashish Papadkar, IT support specialist at SRSG Broadcast India. “The seamless room management and centralised control architecture give SailPoint the operational simplicity and enterprise-grade reliability needed to support different meeting formats.”
The dedicated AV network also provides SailPoint’s IT team with a segregated infrastructure for the collaboration technology, while the integrated architecture is intended to simplify maintenance and future expansion.
