USSI Global promotes Amanda Flynn to COO
USSI Global has promoted Amanda Flynn to chief operating officer (COO), moving the former chief revenue officer into a role focused on service development, operational efficiency and customer experience.
Flynn has spent 18 years with the company, holding leadership positions across business development, customer relations, sales and revenue operations. She also spent five years overseeing one of USSI Global’s largest revenue-generating customers. Her move to COO follows the appointment of Ed McGivern as chief revenue officer.
In her new role, Flynn will focus on expanding the company’s service offerings, refining processes and aligning operations with changing customer requirements. USSI Global provides network, broadcast media and digital signage systems and services, including systems integration, commissioning and post-installation support.
“Amanda brings a unique perspective to this role through her deep understanding of our customers, our business and the industries we serve,” said Anthony Morelli, president and CEO of USSI Global. “Her ability to translate customer challenges into meaningful service solutions, combined with her knowledge of our operations, will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and grow.”
Flynn said: “My experience working closely with customers has taught me that the best opportunities come from understanding their challenges and finding creative ways to solve them. I'm excited to bring that perspective to operations, working alongside our teams to develop new services, fine tune our processes and continue delivering solutions that make a meaningful difference for our customers.”
