Disguise builds on the X1
Disguise builds on the X1
Disguise has released the X2 and X3, making its Designer software accessible to small and mid-sized productions such as DJ sets, theatre tours, festivals and corporate brand events. The launch builds on the X1, which has been deployed across live events, immersive experiences and corporate brand activations. With two and three 4K outputs and the flexibility to run on different hardware, the X2 and X3 aim to provide a balance of Disguise software with portability.
Teams can now choose the X1, X2 or X3 for small or mid-sized productions, then switch to Disguise media servers for large productions when greater output or clustering is required. This means projects can scale across different venue sizes while staying in the same Designer workflow, reducing the need to rebuild or reprogramme the show file as requirements change. For productions working within tighter budgets, the X Series also offers a way to use Disguise across a broader range of shows.
