Q-SYS expands Microsoft Teams-certified portfolio
Q-SYS has expanded its portfolio of solutions certified for Microsoft Teams, adding the RoomSuite Modular System, NC-90-G2 network camera and Windows-based RoomSuite Collaboration Bar.
The certifications extend the company’s offering across meeting spaces of different sizes, including medium and large rooms. The solutions can be managed through Q-SYS Reflect, the company’s monitoring and management platform.
The certification for the RoomSuite Modular System covers Q-SYS NL Series loudspeakers, the NM-T1 tabletop microphone or compatible Microsoft Teams-certified partner Dante ceiling microphones, and the NC-12x80, NC-20x60 and NC-90-G2 cameras. When deployed with the NC-90-G2, the system also supports Active Speaker Framing in Teams Rooms.
The RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is now shipping in more than 50 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, APAC and Latin America, with availability expected to expand.
“Organisations increasingly value the flexibility to deploy the right collaboration solution for every space, whether that’s a core-based room system, a modular system, or an all-in-one Windows-based bar,” said Patrick Heyn, VP of marketing, QSC. “With an expanded Q-SYS portfolio of Certified for Microsoft Teams solutions, customers can confidently choose the deployment model that best fits their needs while delivering a consistent Teams Rooms experience across the workplace.”
Albert Kooiman, general manager for Microsoft Teams Partner Engineering, Microsoft, commented: “Adding the Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware as an integrated part of the extensive Q-SYS portfolio simplifies choice for customers, enabling organisations to deliver the right experience across a wide range of meeting spaces.”
